    Description

101 Dalmatians Poster Concept Art Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1985). Pair of one-of-a-kind mixed-media original art concepts for a 101 Dalmatians re-release poster. One has a tag line of "Hide the hydrants, cover the cats, and roll out the newspaper... 101 dogs are on the loose and there's trouble on their tail!" The second piece has an opening tag line of "They've been spotted! Now, the world's meanest woman is on their tail!" Both are matted, most likely for presentation. Mats are 19" x 26" with openings of 12.5" x 19.5". Both feature Cruella De Vil in pursuit of those marvelous puppies. Artwork is in graphite, ink, and marker. This type of pre-production/concept art for theatrical one sheet posters is considered extremely rare and seldom seen. Minor handling and surface wear. Very Good condition.
