Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree Pooh and Piglet Color Model Test Cel and Key Master Background (Walt Disney, 1966). The very first Disney Winnie the Pooh film was directed by Woolie Reitherman and released on 2/4/66. It was shown in the theaters with the live action film, The Ugly Dachshund. Sterling Holloway provided the voice for Pooh. This is a rare hand-painted 12 field Color Model test cel of Winnie the Pooh and Piglet. The cel has a line test overlay, and a hand-painted Key Master test background. The colors in this setup are different from the final ones used in the film. Background, line test cel, and hand-painted cel are in a Plexiglas-front frame measuring 16" x 14", with a mat opening of 11.5" x 9.5". Elaborate pre-production artwork from this film of this quality is very rare. Sweet character images measure 4". Frame is sold as-is, cel and background condition is Fine.
