    Description

    Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree Pooh and Piglet Color Model Cel and Key Master Test Background (Walt Disney, 1966). Very rare studio Color Model cel of Winnie the Pooh and Piglet, on a preliminary pre-production test background. Cel is hand-painted with a Xerox line cel overlay. The Pooh and Piglet cel is on top of this Key Master Test hand-painted background. You can see the colors are a little brighter than the final color pallet used for this film. Art is in gouache on light background board measuring 13" x 10". Studio light mat with an opening size of 11.5" x 8.5". Character sizes are 4". Test/Color Model pre-production artwork from the first Pooh theatrical film are rare. Minor handling wear and tape on back of mat. Very Good condition. From the Joe Hale Collection.
