DescriptionThe Jungle Book Buzzy and Ziggy Model Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1967). "Okay, so what we gonna do?" "I don't know. What do you wanna do?" The Beatles-esque vultures Buzzy and Ziggy are featured here in these fantastic original hand-painted color model cels created during the production of 1967's The Jungle Book. Contrasting greatly with grim and evil characters of the original book, Disney's vultures were lightened up with the accents, mannerisms and mop-top haircuts of The Beatles. Rare pieces made to guide the animators for accurate color during the making of the film, these delightful and expressive cels measure 9.25" x 7.75", 10" x 5.5" and 6.5" x 6.25". They show minor handling and edge wear with pinholes in the corners, and they are mounted to color paper backgrounds. The overall condition of these three pieces is Very Good.
