The Good, the Bad, and Huckleberry Hound Opening Title Cel and Key Master Background (Hanna-Barbera, 1988). This movie of the week was part of the Hanna-Barbera Superstar Ten series of TV specials. In it, Huckleberry Hound, along with Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey, did battle with Dinky Dalton and his gang. The plot was a parody of Sergio Leone's spaghetti western The Good the Bad, and the Ugly. Daws Butler, the voice of many of the studio's characters, did his final voiceover work in this special. This is a bumper/Title cel that was shown within the show to open a new section after return from a commercial break. The silhouettes of Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw and Baba Looey are unmistakable and are hand-painted along with the title. The overall image measures 5.5" x 9" on a 12 field cel over the original red print background. A true one-of-a-kind held cel. The piece shows minor handling wear; otherwise condition is Very Good.
