    Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo Publicity/Color Model Cel (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1970s). Original one-of-a-kind hand-painted Publicity/Color Model cel of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo chasing butterflies, created by the Hanna-Barbera Ink and Paint Department. It was most likely done for consumer products like children's books, calendars, clothing design, toys, or other similar projects. Fun piece, with great image sizes of 2" and 6". Very Good condition.
