    Rabbit of Seville Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd Color Model Cel on Painted Background (Warner Brothers, c. 1990s). "Welcome to my shop -- let me cut your mop -- let me shave your crop!" This classic Chuck Jones-directed, Mike Maltese-written short was released on 12/16/50 and pitted Barber Bugs against Elmer Fudd amongst a musical score inspired by Rossini's overture "Barber of Seville." This hand-painted Color Model cel is on a hand-painted background. It was created as prototype for a Warner Brothers Studio Store limited edition cel. You can see this classic image In the short around the 3:54 minute mark. It features nice big images of Bugs and Elmer who approximately 8" and 7.5" on a hand-painted background measuring 10.5" x 14". This incredibly rare piece comes from the collection of a longtime Warner Brothers Studio animation artist. There is some tape along the border; otherwise, condition is Fine.
