    Pinocchio Geppetto Color Model Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). A joyous Geppetto dances around, playing his concertina to celebrate his marionette Pinocchio being brought to life, in this wonderful original 16 field color model drawing. The artwork, attributed to animator Art Babbitt, is in graphite with red, blue, and green pencil highlights. Nice large image, with a figure size of 7.75"; the drawing includes color call-outs and animator/inker notes. The number 165 is written in the lower right corner, under the studio production stamp. Finding original animation drawings of Geppetto isn't easy! Matted with an opening of 15" x 12", and framed using Plexiglas for an overall size of 23.5" x 23.5" x 1". Frame is sold as-is. Drawing has minor handling wear. Very Good condition.
