    Description

Mickey's Amateurs Goofy Color Model Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). Mickey conducts his band for a radio broadcast from a local barnyard. His band included Donald Duck, Clara Cluck, Clarabelle Cow and Goofy. Goofy and his one-man band's rendition of "In the Good Ol' Summertime" is this short's highlight. The cartoon was released on 4/17/37 and was co-directed by Pino Colvig, Walt Pfeiffer, and Ed Penner. This is a great 12 field 5-peghole animation/color model drawing of Goofy assembling his one-man band. Graphite with nice green, brown, orange, and yellow pencil highlights, with a nice 8" image. The drawing has extensive color codes for Ink and Paint reference. Framed with Plexiglas and matted with an opening of 11" x 9". Fine condition.
