Mickey Mouse Club Color Model Cel (Walt Disney, 1955). "M-I-C... K-E-Y... M-O-U-S-E!" The Mickey Mouse Club's television premiere was 10/3/55 and has been one of the single most revered television shows ever since. This is an iconic hand-painted studio Color Model cel of the original Mickey Mouse Club logo, from the collection of a longtime Disney Studio employee. It's the exact image that was used on the show's title card. It was also used on literally hundreds of consumer products and Mickey Mouse Club items. The hand-painted logo measures 8" x 8". The cel is matted with a mat opening of 10.5" x 13", in an overall mat size of 14" x 18". There is some masking tape is along the border of the cel on the back of the mat and slight paint separation in Mickey's left ear and the "M" in Mouse; otherwise, condition is Very Good.
