    Description

Lucky Charms Cereal Leprechaun Color Model Cel and Storyboard (Playhouse Pictures, 1964). Here's a real piece of childhood history. This may be the very first Lucky Charms cel ever made... so obviously, "it's magically delicious!" Playhouse Pictures animated the Lucky Charms Leprechaun spots, working with the Dancer-Fitzgerald Advertising Agency. This is an original storyboard with character correction notes, and an original (one of the first) Color Model hand-painted cels (2-layer) of the Leprechaun. It's been stapled in all four corners and is labeled #4. A huge image of 7". Slight cracking can be seen in the green bow and band around the hat. A piece of advertising and animation history from the Abe Woolery and Playhouse Pictures Archive. In Very Good condition. From the Playhouse Pictures Archive.
