Dumbo Timothy Mouse Color Model Animation Drawing Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1941). "I heard today they put her in solitary!" Timothy Mouse, from when he makes his first appearance in the film, sitting on a peanut shell. The 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings are produced in graphite with red and blue pencil highlights. One layer has Timothy on it, the other has the peanut shells. He sits a nice 5" tall. Both drawings are marked "Standard" in orange script, stamped "Color Model", and have filled out production stamps with all particulars in on bottom right. Just below the production stamp it reads "1st Set Up". Drawings from this feature film are very rare. Minor handling, otherwise in Fine condition. From the Elmer Plummer Archives.
