Christmas Card Original Art by Hamilton Luske Group of 7 (c. 1950-60s). As part of a holiday tradition that began in the early 1930s, Disney studio employees, business partners, and friends could look forward to the yuletide charm of the annual Disney company Christmas card. Disney Legend, Hamilton Luske (1903 - 1968) carried the tradition home with him and like many animators and artists at Disney, he made his own cards. Presented in this lot is an amazing collection of seven pieces of original Christmas card art by Ham Luske. Loaded with Yuletide humor, these cards are affixed to two 12" x 14" scrapbook pages and come to auction from Ham Luske's estate. Included are six certificates of authenticity signed by James Luske, Ham's son. The cards measure 5.5" x 4" up to 7" x 8". Scrapbook pages exhibit edge wear.
