Chariots of Fur Wile E. Coyote Production Cel Signed by Chuck Jones (Warner Brothers, 1994). Forever-hungry Wile E. Coyote stands ready to dine, with knife and fork in hand and a napkin tied around his neck, in this original hand-painted production cel. Chariots of Fur was a modern-era Looney Tunes short directed by Chuck Jones (1912 – 2002) and his daughter Linda Jones Clough; it was released in theaters on 12/21/1994, shown with the live-action feature Richie Rich. It was the final Coyote/Road Runner short to be directed by Mr. Jones. This cel features a full-figure image of Wile E. in a classic pose, seen in the film at the 1:48 mark, attempting to catch the Road Runner with some "free" bird seed. His figure size is 6.75". The cel includes a Linda Jones seal in the lower right, with a black marker Chuck Jones signature in the lower left. The background is a high-quality print, added for presentation purposes. Matted with an opening of 12" x 9.25", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 21" x 18" x .75". The frame, which includes a Chuck Jones Art Gallery sticker on back, is sold as-is. The cel is in Fine condition.
