Canine Caddy Mickey Mouse and Pluto Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1941). Mickey lines up his shot, while Pluto lugs around a heavy bag of clubs, in this pair of original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings. This short was directed by Clyde Geronimi, and was first shown in theaters on 5/30/41. Mickey is drawn in graphite with blue and green pencil highlights; the image (including Mickey's club) measures 10" wide by 5" tall. There's a small timing chart to the right, and the number 139 1/2 in the lower right corner. Pluto is in graphite with red and green pencils, and an overall size of 7.25" wide by 3.5" tall. This drawing was adjusted during production by cutting and taping pieces together; it's marked 92AB in the lower right. Mickey is in Very Good condition with minor handling and edge wear, while Pluto is in Good condition, with tape yellowing.
