Canine Caddy Mickey Mouse and Pluto Animation Drawing Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1941).
Tee off with Mickey and Pluto in this pair of original 12 field, 5-peghole animation drawings, from the golf-themed short directed by Clyde Geronimi. The cartoon first played in theaters on 5/30/41. In the first drawing, Mickey is rendered in graphite with added red and green highlights and an image size of 4.25" tall. The drawing is numbered 26, and includes an "Art Props" stamp in the lower right with timing sheet notations. In the second piece, Pluto doesn't look very happy lugging Mickey's clubs. Rendered in graphite with red and green highlights and noted as 96½ AB in the bottom right corner. The drawing has been cut and repositioned with tape, which has yellowed. Age-related toning, handling and edge wear. Overall, Good condition.
