Description

Canine Caddy Mickey Mouse and Pluto Animation Drawing Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1941). Tee off with Mickey and Pluto in this pair of original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings, from the golf-themed short directed by Clyde Geronimi. The cartoon first played in theaters on 5/30/41. In the first drawing, a happy Mickey is preparing to putt; he's drawn in graphite and blue pencil, with added red and green highlights and an image size of 5" tall. The drawing is numbered 156, and includes an "Art Props" stamp in the lower right, and includes some edge wear and one small tear along the top, away from the image. Pluto doesn't look quite as happy lugging Mickey's clubs in the second drawing; he's in graphite with red and green highlights. The drawing has been cut and repositioned with tape, which has yellowed. Good overall condition.
