DescriptionBozo: The World's Most Famous Clown Circus Production Background Group of 2 (Larry Harmon Pictures, c. 1960s). Presented are two simply beautiful hand-painted original production backgrounds from the hit 1960s animated series Bozo: The World's Most Famous Clown. This classic show was based on the children's record book series and produced by Bozo himself, Larry Harmon. In addition, Bozo was narrated by none other than Paul Frees, known as "The Man of a Thousand Voices." These stunning backgrounds from the series are rendered in gouache on background board, and they measure 18.25" x 10.5" and 13.75" x 10.5". They are coated with a protective fixative spray, and the notations B-115+BG-1 and B115+BG34 are written in the upper right corners. Both pieces show minor handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.
