    Description

    Batman: The Animated Series Batman and Batcycle Production Cel (Warner Brothers, c. 1992-95). Batman prepares to drive the Batcycle in this spectacular hand-painted original production cel from the pivotal Batman: The Animated Series. This groundbreaking Saturday morning cartoon changed the game for western animated action series with its unprecedented complex themes, mature storytelling, and stellar animation. Seen at the 8:09 mark of the episode "Terror in the Sky", this enormous piece features Batman at a staggering 13.5" x 11.25" on a 16 field cel. The piece bears a Warner Brothers seal and is accompanied by a Warner Brothers Certificate of Authenticity. Taped to a printed background for presentation purposes, the cel shows minor handling and edge wear. The Batcycle is part of the background. Numbered B20 in the lower right corner, the cel is in Very Good condition.
