Bambi Bambi and Thumper Sericel/Serigraph Signed by Marc Davis (Walt Disney, c. 1989). "Bird!" exclaims Bambi. "No, that's not a bird. That's a butterfly." replies Thumper. From the iconic scene of the 1942 classic Bambi, this stunningly beautiful serigraph printed cel is signed by the Disney Legend inductee himself, Marc Davis (1913 - 2000). Only 500 unsigned editions were made in the late 80s, making this long sold-out piece an extremely rare item. The image of the two lovable characters measures 5.5" x 6" on a cel measuring 14" x 11". The Walt Disney Co. seal in bottom right reads: "Copyright 1942...Limited Edition...from original 'Bambi' art." The piece shows very little handling wear and is in Fine condition.
