Baby Buggy Bunny Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1954). "Oh goodness, Hop-Along Finster is going to shoot Rabbit with his toy pistol", says Bugs Bunny to gangster Babyface Finster. This is a hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Bugs Bunny from the Chuck Jones-directed, Mike Maltese-written short released on 12/18/54. In this cartoon, Babyface has robbed the Last National Bank and the loot ends up in Bugs Bunny's rabbit hole! The gangster then stages his getaway by posing as a real baby. This cel of Bugs can be seen at about the 3:45 minute mark. The full figure image measures 6" tall on a 12 field cel with the number 102 inked on bottom right corner. It's on a print background for presentation purposes. Warner Brothers cels of this era were routinely thrown away, so all 1950s Looney Tunes production cels are considered very rare. There is a small paint crack in the thigh area, and a tiny separation in the left hand palm; otherwise, condition is Very Good.
