    Description

Around the World in 80 Minutes Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1931). In 1933, famed swashbuckler Douglas Fairbanks hosted a documentary travelogue, directed by the legendary Victor Fleming that took viewers on a virtual trip to exotic locales such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Siam. While in Siam, the live action is interrupted by a short animated sequence of Mickey Mouse dancing to Siamese music. This is a very early full-figure graphite drawing of Mickey measuring 3.25" x 1.25" on 12-field, 2 peg hole animation paper. It's a fantastic pie-eyed Mickey and is numbered 143 in the bottom right corner. It shows minor handling; otherwise in Fine Condition.
