Walt Disney World - Star Wars Weekend Exclusive Jedi Mickey Mouse Sold-Out Limited Edition Big Fig Signed Brian Blackmore (Walt Disney, 2006). Jedi Mickey, armed with his light saber, stands ready to do battle with the Galactic Empire in this Disney theme park exclusive Big Fig. It's an extraordinarily rare and hard-to-find Disney Big Fig created by artist and sculptor Brian Blackmore as an exclusive offering during Disney's wildly popular Star Wars Weekend at Walt Disney World. The annual festival was held at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando beginning in 1997 and had been held in 2000, 2001, and annually from 2003 until 2015. This striking piece was created with precise detail - synonymous with Walt Disney and Lucasfilm - Mickey stands about 14" tall on a 2" base for an overall size of 16" and weighs 15 lbs. Mickey's head and ears are coated in black velvet flocking. To add to the uniqueness of this piece, the designer Brian Blackmore signed underside of the base. His light saber is battery powered (batteries not included) and appears to function as intended but no warranty is implied. It's a rare and highly prized Big Fig that is a must have for both Disney and Star Wars collectors. It comes with its original shipping box with Styrofoam inserts.
