    An ABC TV Binder of Rare Early Walt Disney Television Promotion Press Photos (ABC/Walt Disney, c. 1954). This first-rate collection of rarely-seen photo archives showcases Walt Disney himself with various ABC and ad sponsor executives. This vinyl three-ring binder includes 17 group shots in front of Mickey Mouse Club storyboards. The captains of industry executives include ABC executives, Leo Burnett advertising executives, executives from Campbell's Soup, radio programming executives, General Mills cereal executives, executives from Welch's Grape Jelly, executives from BBDO, and executives from the Wheaties account. This is an archive of the selling of the Mickey Mouse Show and the Disneyland Show, and used by ABC TV, the early television partner of Walt Disney Studios.
    Other miscellaneous photos included here are shots of Roy Disney, Tim Constantine of the Mickey Mouse Club, and actor Fess Parker dressed as Davy Crocket. Many of the photos are stamped "ABC photo press department." All-in-all this group lot includes 24 rarely-seen 8" x 10" press photos as well as 28 superb 8" x 10" ABC Press master negatives, used to promote The Alice TV Show of November 3, 1954, the What is Disneyland? show #1 of October 27, Fess Parker as Davy Crocket for Davy Crocket Indian Fighter of December 15, 1954, and wonderful images of the Walt Disney and the Disney characters posing at ABC Studios by the camera, in the studio, and at the console.
