Alpine Climbers Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). Yodel-lay-dee-hoo! Up in the Swiss Alps, Mickey Mouse tangles with a mother eagle, Donald Duck scraps with an edelweiss-stealing goat and Pluto gets inebriated with a St. Bernard in the David Hand-directed short Alpine Climbers. Here's a rare production drawing from this classic Walt Disney short. The drawing was rendered in graphite with touches of red pencil on 12 field 5-peghole animation paper. The artwork is noted as number 3 in the lower right. The piece exhibits age-related toning and edge wear with the lower right corner missing. Overall condition is Good.Auction Info
