DescriptionAlpine Climbers Donald Duck Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1936).
Donald Duck as a fearless tightrope walker? It happens when Donald tries to help Mickey escape an angry eagle, in this cartoon short directed by Dave Hand. Two original 12 field, 5-peghole animation drawings. One of Donald walking the tight rope. The image measures 7" x 4" and is numbered 19 in the lower right corner. The second drawing shows the mother eagle about to go after Donald. The eagle measures 4" x 2", numbered 159-I in the lower right corner. Both drawings were rendered in graphite with red pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper. Normal handling, mild edge wear, and age-related toning of the paper. Very Good condition.
