    Alpine Climbers Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). "Hold on, Mickey! I'll save ya!" Donald rushes to help Mickey avoid being carried away by an angry mother eagle. Mickey, Goofy, and Donald have been trying to steal her eggs! This David Hand-directed short was released to theaters on 7/25/36. Starring Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto, three greats provided the voices: Disney himself, Clarence Nash, and Pinto Colvig. This exceptional drawing can be seen around the 08:05 mark in the film. The artwork was drawn in graphite with red pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper. The piece is signed by Disney Legend Inductees, Ken O'Connor (1908 - 1998), Frank Thomas (1912 - 2004), and Ollie Johnston (1912 - 2008). Frank and Ollie were two of "Walt's Nine Old Men". The artwork is noted as 30-B in the bottom right corner. Minor age-related toning and normal handling. Very Good condition.
