DescriptionAlpine Climbers Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). Donald is attacked by an angry mother eagle in this original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawing. This is from the Dave Hand-directed short featuring Mickey Mouse and Pluto; it was first shown in theaters on 7/25/36. This graphite gem has great "action" lines in red pencil, with a combined image size of 8.25" wide by 5.25" tall. The number 100 is written in the lower right corner. Matted with a brass plaque and an opening size of 10.5" x 8", and is framed with glass for an overall size of 18.5" x 16.5". A photocopy of the unframed art is attached to the reverse. Fine condition.
