DescriptionAlice in Wonderland Hedgehog Croquet Ball Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1951). "Do you want us both to lose our heads?" asks Alice to her flamingo croquet mallet. "Uh-huh" he replies. Alice's hedgehog croquet ball laughs at her misfortunes during a rigged game against the Queen of Hearts in this delightful hand-inked and hand-painted original production cel. Based on the absurdist Alice books by Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland was released to theaters on 7/26/1951, and this image can be seen at the 1:05:34 mark of the whimsical and surreal Disney masterpiece. The pink hedgehog measures approximately 2" x 2" on the 12 field cel, and it is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. The image size of the background is 4.75" x 3.5" on 13" x 10.5" paper. The cel itself shows minor handling wear, and its condition is Very Good.
