    Alex Toth Jonny Quest "House of Seven Gargoyles" Character Design Sheets (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1960s). Alex Toth (1928-2006) did design work for Hanna-Barbera on this cult-classic series, as well as Space Ghost, Super-Friends, The Herculoids, Birdman, Josie and the Pussycats in Space, and other shows in the 1960s. Here we have a rare set of two character designs from episode Z-22 "The House of Seven Gargoyles", features the two submariner bad guys Emil and Sven. The art is from Toth's hand and dated 10/14/64, the episode first aired on 2/18/65. Also included is artwork of a Warlock with the notes "Bill! Not a Finish!" Both sides are in graphite and marker on 12 field animation paper and signed by Toth. In Fine condition.
