    Description

A Connecticut Rabbit in King Arthur's Court (aka Bugs Bunny in King Arthur's Court) Bugs Bunny Signed Production Cel Setup and Master Background (Warner Brothers, 1978). In this Chuck Jones-directed television special, Bugs Bunny (who turned 80 in 2020 – happy birthday, Bugs!) misses that turn at Albuquerque again and somehow tunnels his way into Camelot, where he meets dragon-hunter Sir Elmer of Fudde, Daffy Duck as King Arthur (?!), and Yosemite Sam as Merlin. Here's Bugs as he pops up to find he's gone back in time from the beginning of the special. This two-cel image of Bugs has a figure size of 5", while a third cel shows the upturned-ground trail behind him. The handsome background is the actual screen-used artwork from the special. Bugs has a figure size of 5.25"; the top cel has been hand-signed by Animation Legend Chuck Jones (1912 – 2002). The setup is matted with an opening of 12" x 9.5", and is framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 28.25" x 25.75". Frame is sold as-is. Setup condition is Fine.
