    Description

A Boy Named Charlie Brown/Snoopy Come Home Production Cel with Production Background (Bill Melendez, 1968/1972). Wonderful hand-inked, hand-painted 12 field production cel of Linus playing with Snoopy. The cel is from the very first Peanuts animated feature film which was released on 12/4/69. Hand-inked cels from the first feature are considered very rare. This happy image stands 5.5" on a 12 field cel, and is set on a trimmed, hand-painted production background by Dean Spille, from the second feature film Snoopy Come Home. This film was released on 8/9/72. The background is trimmed to 10" x 19.5". A small tear can be found on bottom left corner, nowhere near any images. This is an amazing and rare production cel and background setup. Condition is Very Good.
