101 Dalmatians Anita and Perdita Concept Painting Original Art (Walt Disney, 1961). "At first I had no particular plan, just anything to attract attention. You know, stir things up a bit." This is Roger thinking as he sits on the lake shore, looking over at Anita on a park bench reading a book with Perdita sitting by her side. This is an outstanding mixed-media concept study of Anita and Perdita in the park, from this first meeting scene. It's an elaborate piece of art, with charcoal, graphite, color pencils, and watercolor on thin paper, attributed to the hand of Ken Anderson. Mr. Anderson was in charge of art direction and production design for this Disney animated feature film. Stunning array of color in the park foliage and lake. A beautiful piece of artwork in its own right! Matted with an opening of 16" x 13", framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 25" x 22". Frame sold as-is. Art condition is Very Good.
