Description"Foghorn Leghorn" Limited Edition Cel Artist's Proof #AP23/40 (Warner Brothers, 2001). "A fine thing. I'm a chicken hawk and I've never seen a chicken" says Henery Hawk, in the 1948 Robert McKimson-directed short The Foghorn Leghorn. In this wild hand-painted 12 field limited edition cel, Foggy is attempting to prove he is indeed a chicken ("Rooster, that is" he says), and not a "Loud-mouthed Schnook" by comparing himself to a photo of a roasted chicken on a platter. This is a rare Artist's Proof edition cel, #23 out of a tiny edition size of 40. The matched print background has been added for presentation purposes. A Linda Jones seal is in the lower left corner, and a Linda Jones Certificate of Authenticity is included. Cel condition is Fine.
