Description"Castle Evermore" Original painting by Harrison Ellenshaw (Walt Disney, c. 2000s Here's a phenomenal little castle painting by acclaimed studio artist, Harrison Ellenshaw. Ellenshaw's depiction of Disney castles goes back to his famous father, Peter Ellenshaw (1913 – 2007) and his early castle paintings. Harrison is most known for his amazing matte visual effects for the blockbuster films Star Wars (1977) and The Empire Strikes Back (1980) while working with George Lucas at his Bay Area effects studio, Industrial Light and Magic. He would eventually return to the Disney Studios as associate producer and visual effects supervisor for TRON (1982) and head of the studio effects department, Buena Vista Visual Effects. Harrison's stunning little masterpiece was rendered on 7" x 5" board, signed by the artist and framed to 12" x 10". Frame sold as-is. Artwork condition is Very Good.
