"Bugs & Bull III" Bully for Bugs Bugs Bunny Signed Limited Edition Cel #AP8/25 with Painted Background (Warner Brothers, 1992). "I knew I shoulda taken that left toin at Albuquerque!" Bugs checks his road map after realizing this is not the Coachella Valley Carrot Festival, not noticing the raging bull behind him, in this great limited-edition hand-painted cel. It was created directly from a drawing by Animation Legend Chuck Jones, and released in 1992 in a regular edition of 500. This is one of the very rare Artist's Proof editions, #8 out of only 25. To make this an even more spectacular setup, the hand-painted gouache background is the original that was printed and used on all other copies – wow! It's an enormous piece, matted with an opening of 16" x 13", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 25" x 22". The cel has been hand-signed by Chuck Jones (1912 – 2002). Frame is sold as-is. Two certificates of authenticity (for the cel and the background) are included on back of the frame. Fine condition.
