A dynamic and magnificent cover, alive with energy and movement from the French comic Zembla, which was created to compete with the highly successful "Tarzanesque" series, Akim, published by Lug's competitor, Editions Aventures et Voyages. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.25" x 14.25". The back presents the direct color in gouache. Pasted title, tape and editorial notes. Marginal pinholes, and corner creases.
