Initial D Manga Volume 1 First Print BGS 9.4 Off-White/White (Kodansha, 1995) Dust Jacket 8.0. Serialized in Weekly Young Magazine from 1995 through 2013, Initial D is one of the most well-known manga series to focus on the world of Japanese street racing. Written and illustrated by Shuichi Shigeno, the story follows Takumi Fujiwara's journey through competitive mountain pass racing. It has received two sequel mangas, MF Ghost and Subaru and Subaru, as well as an anime series, video games, and a live-action film. Offered in this lot is a 1st print issue of tankobon volume 1.
