Dave McKean Violent Cases Story Page 28 Original Art (Escape Publishing, 1987). A defining creative alliance starts with this issue. A barroom encounter unfolds in shards of memory and accusation. This marks the first pairing of Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean, later collaborators on Sandman and Black Orchid. This work was reprinted in the US in 1991 by Tundra and Kitchen Sink Press. Created in mixed media on illustration board with an image area of 16" x 21". Stat text paste-ups on an acetate overlay. In Excellent condition.More information about Dave McKean.
