Description
George Woodbridge, Al Williamson, Angelo Torres, and Roy G. Krenkel Classics Illustrated #144 First Men on the Moon Complete 45-page Story Original Art (Gilberton, 1958). Who better than the infamous "Fleagles" of EC fame to illustrate H. G. Wells' science fiction classic? As an "art bonus," page 4 features an inked cowboy drawing on the back of the page. Also included with this lot are the hand colored color guides for the story, and also the filler story (but filler page 46 is missing). Each beautifully rendered page has an approximate image area of 12.5" x 18.5".
