Jack Kirby and Chic Stone Journey into Mystery #110 Thor Pin-Up Page Original Art (Marvel, 1964). Let the banners wave and the trumpets blare, True Believers -- for here is the grail of grails, possibly the greatest, and certainly one of the largest masterworks Jack Kirby ever drew of the mighty Thor. There is no finer Kirby Thor image out there -- this is it! You are feasting your eyes on "the King's" original for the most dynamic Thor pin-up of all time. This classic Kirby Thor pose has been copied, re-used, and imitated over the years on numerous key Marvel products. Among the many, the most notable are the 1966 Merry Marvel Marching Society poster, the cover of Thor #390, and a 1991 Toybiz figure. The ultra-cool "Marvel Masterwork" banner at the top is hand drawn and inked, with instructions to "stat this" written in the upper margin. This implies that this piece was one of the first in the series, as the other pin-ups of this period used a photostat of this banner.
