Synopsis: A dead man found in a burned car, identified by John Raymond as the missing General Mason, has been murdered by The Black Dragon. Raymond changes into the Web to track down the villain, but in the process inadvertently leaves clues that Rose Wayne has found, through which she discovers that John Raymond is the Web.
