Synopsis: Captain Smith is ordered to go with Commander Rogers in his plane-carrying submarine, and then be dropped 100 miles off the Japanese coast. He meets Stella Ruben, and together they head to Tokyo to kidnap the Japanese Minister of War.

Notes: Story title is taken from the cover blurb. Major T. E. Bowen is a byline used at Fiction House. Pencil credit revised from Max Elkin to ? by Craig Delich and moved to inker position, in place of Rudy Palais, now removed to penciler position with a ?. The Who's Who indicates that Elkan did inks only on this feature and there is no evidence extant that is known to indicate he also did pencils. Palais did pencil and ink work on this feature in 1942, and, upon examining the art closely, it seems that Palais MAY have penciled this story.
