Synopsis: The stone age people follow Turok and Andar in search of a campsite safe from dinosaurs. The mesa seems ideal, but a huge gorilla (King Kong-sized) lives there. The tribespeople are frightened by him. Turok and Andar confront him, and drive him from the mesa.

Synopsis: A cow mastodon has terrorized the stone age people. She is mad with grief at the loss of her calf, whom Turok and Andar had previously rescued and settled in a safe haven. Turok and Andar reunite the cow mastodon with her calf.

Synopsis: The other stone age boys are muscular, but Aknet is skinny. "Throwing stones was one thing he was good at." He dreams of the "Big Muscles" admiting he is a Man. A bear terrorizes the camp. Aknet kills it with a rock. Hawkut recognizes Aknet's manhood.

Synopsis: Lotor the father raccoon must provide food for his mate and their youngsters. Hungry Allosaurus stands between him and the bounty of the frog swamp. He slips through, and finds a frog, but Allosaurus charges. Lotor escapes, but loses his prey. On the way home, empty-handed, he finds a clutch of freshly laid eggs left by Mrs Allosaurus. A feast for his family!
