STORY DETAILS
Synopsis: A soviet spy steals plans for an atomic hand blaster and creates one that gets confused with toys he has created for decoys. The Torch buys it when looking for a present for a poor boy. The spy falls to his death in battle with Torch and Toro at an industrial plant.
