Notes: Per Lex Carson aka "Batroc", July 2008: "I have email correspondence with Paty Cockrum prior to the death of her husband Dave Cockrum. Dave specifically remembered working on this cover. I have a copy of Avengers 133 that was signed by Dave Cockrum. Again, he signed it because he worked on the cover with Gil Kane." Nick Caputo adds that Cockrum may have provided a cover rough/layout for Kane and perhaps touched up the Mantis figure. Giacoia inks per Nick Caputo.
