Synopsis: The Punisher attempts to terminate the mob bosses fighting for control of the missing Kingpin's turf, but Spidey gets involved. Spidey saves the lives of the Arranger, the Rose and their goons but gets knocked out by the Punisher when he tries to apprehend him.
