Reprints: T-Man (Quality Comics, 1951 series) #30 (December 1955)
Notes: Script credit based on Martin O'Hearn's description of Millard's writing tics. Art originally credited to A.W. Hargis by Bob Hughes, but it is not like the signed Hargis stories in Police Comics #108 and 116. Hargis has faces with smaller chin and jaws, and many views from just below or above the head. His figure movement is not as "Bob Kane-like" as here. Edmond Good is credited on this feature by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, also by an art sample by these two artists. Same art as here.
