Synopsis:
The Claw, in a weakened condition after the savage beating inflicted on him by Daredevil, is found guilty by a jury and sentenced to die in the electric chair. When he is placed in the chair and the current is administered, the Claw regains his power and escapes. He leads his gang to a volcanic crater in the Rockies, which he declares will be the future capital of the United States. To seal that intent, he captures Daredevil and burns him at the stake.

Rusty gets into an argument over the Daredevil only being a comic strip character, when Daredevil shows up in the flesh. He encourages the boys to be a "daredevil" by fighting against all that is bad and evil. Silver Streak dittos that remarks, but warns Daredevil that the Claw is on a rampage again, and both leave to take the villain on.
