Synopsis:
Bobby Chandler and Cocky the Cocker Spaniel puppy make friends through the pet shop window. Cocky, in a show of his love for the boy, runs away back to Bobby, who returns him to the pet store: "Only your heart belongs to me." Cocky's owner gives Cocky to Bobby: "Whomever a dog loves most is his true master."
